Winners [very high]:
Unown – Running a HP Fire, this pokemon sweeps most of the pokemon here.
Beldum: Iron Defense is even better on this that Metapod, and it has stronger attacks too. Steel allows it immunity to Poison, and monstrous fire-power make this a tank.
Wynaut: Same reason Wobbuffet was once an Uber
Tynamo: Charge Beam stacking possess a serious threat, and access to Thunderwave cripples a team without any recovery. [Though Beldum laughs at it, so it may be demoted, or not. I don't know at the moment.]
Players [high-mid]:
Ditto: With Imposter, Ditto can be the ultimate revenge killer. Before striking down the opponent, Ditto can take the role of said pokemon and wreck havoc. The problem? Ditto doesn't keep its transformation, so your opponent can easily counter it, and make Ditto's stolen purpose disappear.
[NOTE TO SELF: Move Ditto to top tier, reliable Wynaut counter.]
Metapod – This can act as a solid tank once Unown is taken out, and Iron Defense doesn't make it easier against the opponent. It's not higher because it's typing make it as the mercy of many of the top sweepers.
Magikarp – This is to counter Unown, but it doesn't have much of a purpose fter that. Bounce takes out the Bugs [of which there a lot of], but it gives the opponent time to set up and counter.
