OU No Legendaries

Basically I made this group to be a battle group with the same rules as OU but without legendaries. When I used to have link cable battle as a kid you were never allowed to used legendaries, those were just the unwritten rules everyone played by and I miss the game I grew up with. Unfortunately the people who make the smogon rules did not grow up with me. Almost all of the most used and sometimes overpowered pokemon outside of ubers such as the Lati twins, Terrakion, Heatran, Landorus, Jirachi arent necessarily broken but they are too powerful for most pokemon in OU besides each other and this causes people to draw from a really small pool of pokemon when building an OU team. Even some of the worst Legendaries still have base 100 stats across the board. Unfortunately there are many pokemon in OU such as Infernape, who are only in OU because they are too powerful for UU and rarely get any usage.
