Free Ho-Oh

Inspired by the mighty user motherlover. Ho-oh might have no counters in OU, but it is easy to check with many top tier threats(we even got chomp back).There is no legitimate reason to keep this banned. Also, it counters genesect perfectly while having reliable recovery unlike Heatran and Rotom-H. It also loses to a Geodude, that is pathetic for something that is claimed to be uber.

In case this wasn't obvious, this is just using his retarded reasoning to free one of the most overpowered mons that could ever land in OU. Don't take it seriously
