I train using the lowest level Pokemon with respectable rates to minimize levels gained.
I can and will train up to level 50 however if requested. (*except cloning of course)
Available most weekdays, and some weekends! I live in the EST time zone (UTC/GMT -5 hours)
College dominates my mornings (8-1) So don't expect much activity around those times!
