An exclusive tier for all the Pokémon who are not competitively viable even in NU.
This group is for those who want such a tier to be formed, so that the Luvdisc, Farfetch'd, Delibird, Unown, and Spinda of the world can battle without being made fun of.
If enough people join, then maybe, after a NU tier is formed, our dreams can become reality.
