There are 8 gym leaders, 4 elite 4 members and 2 champions. you can battle anyone in the league, and if you beat a gym leader, ect., you get a badge. when you get all 8 badges, you can challenge the e4 and then the champion/s. you can challenge the league with a friend, thus the 2 champions.
