i believe xatu outspeeds, but if not, you can tweak the evs.

yes i did, and its not like magnezone is making you any less mamo weak

it can take an ice shard iirc, u-turn out, and into either scarftar or keldeo. rocks really cripple thundy, and ferro has an easy time setting spikes up against your team. couldnt hurt to try it :]
