My Syclant still doesn't get hit by Iron Head in the match you're reffing. The user of Dig moves underground at priority 0 and then doesn't come up to attack until priority -2, meaning Kitsunoh's Priority 0 Iron Head missed while I was underground. Don't sweat the mistakes, everyone makes them early on in reffing :)
EDIT: Also Icy Wind is boosted by Technician and has 9 Base Attack power when Syclant uses it.
