hey, im new to the forums,a nd competitive battling pokemon, and id be happy if u could answer me somethings about tiers, since u were in the voting and organizing voting for UU/BL tiers, i think u can answer me , will u??:
(if i say u in tiers, im including thw whole smogon staff/community)
How are all tiers selected?
Y did u made tiers?
Do gamefreak and nintendo should follow this tiers? example: a VGC, will there be tiers??
How can a pokemon get a higher or lower tier?
are the tiers done by strenght, or by how much people use them??

Quick question what are the chances of protect working twice in a row on the games and on shoddy battle. I though it was implemented wrong at the moment so im wondering if it will be correctly implemented on the SB2 .thanks.
