Hahaha, take a look at my team. Yours looks pretty good, but you need spirits.

Took another look at your registration post:
1. Staryu actually does have egg moves, from all the way back in Gen 2.
2. Because Gastly evolves twice, his EC count should be 0/9 (he evolves at 4/9 and 9/9)
3. Not entirely sure if you are aware of this, but all +Speed natures actually have an accuracy boost. Unfortunately, I never figured out how to calculate it :/.
