Just tell me the steps on what I should do to advance my frames. What frame do I start at? How do you recommend I advance them?

Saved and I have 5 Pokemon in my party.

Okay I get you, just one more Pokemon to kill and I'm dead. Then I'll get rid of Zubat then head back in. xD
