Sorry if you're the wrong person but were you doing a CP or a BP for me a while ago??

I adjusted them just like I would for a normal wild Pokemon. But then when it became impossible to do that (i.e. I hit 585, target 588. Then I do 3 more but I hit 591, which is 3 above my target) I just do random advancements. If I do +/- 10 and I don't get my shiny then I get a new seed.

oh so I fly to the pokemon league then from there hold them all the way to terrakion? And once I do that all the other legends will show up too, or do I have to do the same thing for them?
