erisia what still needs to be done to get the speed tiers on site?

I'm thinking about retiring Research Week until a little bit after the tier shifts. It's slowly getting deader and deader and I'd like to see other projects get more attention.

btw ive been wanting to test seadra, is disable required? or can i run clear smog with no trouble?
