Yes, I have not done PO enough to really get a feel for the 6 poke metagame. I do mostly wifi because I am a family man and it is too easy to get engrossed in the computer for hours on PO versus battling on wifi and watching a TV show with my wife.
Also I think 3 pokes is cahllenging because you have to guess which pokes out of the 6 you are going to have to beat. There is less switching and entry hazards an more quick offense.

I would say it is GBU, which I think the primary difference from OU is the 3 pokes vs 6 and Jirachi.
Yes we definitely allow legal hacks. That is one of thereasons I formed the group along with wanting to promote battling among friends vs just total strangers.
I do a lot of pokesav. Do you pokesav or pokegen. If you ever need any pokes, let me know.

We need some new blood in our group. Why don't you challenge Chortler for the title of king of the hill if you have the time.
I will probably have to get off soon, but maybe we can battle some time. I am better at triples and rotations than I am singles. We usually battle GBU style singles - three pokes instead of six.
Also we were trying to get some battles using pokes with any abilities or moves (underground) but we lost 2 of the battlers who were going to participate if that would interest you.

So how do you upload a battle to youtube?
Could you do a thread on that for your group?
I am 45 years old and not as good with the hip new technology stuff.
