    BP Sand Veil Garchomp wasn't broken.

    It was hard countered by BP Sand Veil Cacturne X3.

    Sandslash is Uber obv. It has Sand Veil so nothing can ever hit it. So if a Pokemon has one broken ability, we should just ban it. Like Blaziken :).
