Uh, you seem to be the right guy to ask this question, it's ok if you don't answer it. Over here in the west, there's huge popularity for manga and Japanese animation and all that. Do people in Japan have a similar interest in our equivalents? Are there people that obsess over things like the latest Batman issue?

I was serious though! I may not expect it to happen, but that doesn't stop me from hoping we would!
