No problem, as an aside you should look into trying to get involed with Smogon's Battling 101. You get assigned a high quality tutor who helps you understand key battling strategies, such as team building. The Smogon mentorship program is really for helping new people integrate themselves on site. Regardless I can definitely give you some pointers on team building. Whats your timezone and what times are you most regularly available?
