All moves that only increase evasion are disallowed. No Double Team, Minimize, etc. Also no Lax Incense or Bright Powder.

well im sure i am very new at this but i do know a lot about pokemon and this is it for me i have morning practice tomorow-.- but thank you im glad i finally will get to battle someone better than my friends at school (terrible) i can beat them when they use pokemon like wonderguard spiritomb or sap sipper swampert and dont worry i use legal moves i check them online. ok late bro

Ok im not so sure what pokemon are in which tier but the team i have in mind is OU for sure but generally i like using mixed tire pokemon excluding uber and i understand i go crazy thinking of college and i always have practice.
