Oh the way I understood it was in the rooms you release the roaming Pokémon there are no roaming NPC's.. usually anyhow! =P Nor are there any in most places you meet the other legendaries. ^^

Hehe maybe I should just settle for RNG breeding! I suppose RNG catching legendaries is easier though. And with the roaming ones you don't quite have to worry about roaming NPC's either right?

Ah well.. I need to breed one for LC anyhow, but that'll be a while yet! Got to re-breed two more of my own Pokés now, and after that I've got to learn to.. RNG catch Gligar and Starly. lol

Ah okay cool. ^^ Congrats on your own Raikou! Though I don't need one myself. ^^ For me it was the legendary birds and Entei / Suicune! hehe. I've not gotten into RNG catching yet, just working on the breeding first! =P
