First, please ask next time you want to sub a ref in. I appreciate having it off my back, but not confirming with me is technically illegal if I'm not over DQ.
More importantly, some clarification on Lightning Ball. The wording there is odd; does it mean that the Ball does 5, then 10, then 15, then 20, or continuous 5s? Furthermore, the wording contradicts itself on how much damage the Ball does to Raikou: Is it the amount of damage dealt to Pokemon? Thanks for the info ^_^
