hey, im new to smogon, and id like to know somethings about tiers, and since u r a moderator in the uu voting area, i guess i should ask to u some questions, if u cant answer, plz tell me:
Why are there the tiers? Just to separate diferent potential pkmns??
Who decides them?
Has this something to do with nintendo?, i mean, lets say i go to a VGC, are tiers apllied there??
Y do other communities, follow the tiers selected on Smogon??
