I mean, Vigoroth was the only Pokemon that didn't show up on the encounters and he is most likely the last priority Mon, but I don't want to list it if I don't see it.

This is weird.
So I can't seem to get Vigoroth to appear. At all.
I add more blocks that is meant for him and I get a Spheal that is level 44, which Serebii says can't happen... D:!
Plus I don't understand Bulbapedia's block requirement listing. It says 35 for Speahl yet I can get Speahl with 5 of the Water blocks with that code turned on...
But why can't I get Vigoroth to appear?! D:!

For priority Pokemon it doesn't matter the order in which the blocks were placed, does it? If not:

Nevermind I don't really understand what I was doing wrong but it seems to be working fine now. I've tried all 10 slots of Plains and it matched up perfectly. Several times.

So weird, it might have been when I was freezing the frame it had the previous frame/encounter slot lingering? I don't know, but I'll start using the same frame for the encounter slot multiple times before listing it.
I'll start getting on it now :)

Toast, I think I'm doing something incredibly wrong as I'm copy + pasting the encounter slot values, and I'm getting different results than what you have listed...

For Plains, I did encounter slot 0's value and got a Level 17 Ratatta, so I tried Encounter Slot 6's value and got a level 17 Girafarig.

I know your's is correct due to me being able to get the Houndoom.

So when testing for the Smeargle/Stantler scenario on different areas, how would I do that?

So, say we have Smeagle to appear, but no Stantler. Along with a Pokemon that is higher priority, would the higher priority Pokemon appear on Slot 2 at night? Or would slot 2 be reserved for Smeargle only, and so the game would skip it and make the next Priority on Encounter slot 3?

Which is weird because I took away two of the Forest objects, and I get a level 15 Girafarig. Since Smeargle is only during the day, does that mean since he was supposed to show but it wasn't the right time, he didn't get added to the encounter slots?

2. When RNG'ing for the Smeargle using priority. I seem to have trouble. It might be my game or something but I can't seem to figure it out. I'm going to try on the English cart. Like I am using a frame that has encounter slot 2. Normally Girafarig Level 15. I add 1 Plains object, and 3 Forest objects and I get a Zigzagoon... for some odd reason? I don't get it. I'll send you a new VM if I found out anything.
