The only thing though is that Hippo should be the FIRST thing you should send out against TR Victini so that very situation takes place. Then Victini's forced to bail out or sac itself, with Hippo outspeeding the rest of Victini's team since it shouldn't be on a dedicated TR team anyway. It's kind of a fishy situation but Hippo in general is a decent switch in.
Its worded incorrectly. What i meant is that it can switch into Trick Room OR V-create. If it switches into TR, it 'outspeeds' Victini who is at +0. If it switches in to V-create while TR is NOT up, it tanks it and now outspeeds (130 > 122 as you said). Moral of the story, switch Hippo in on TR Victini and win.
