Hey, I didn't know you were a fan! But yes, the weeping angels snap necks. I haven't seen Blink yet, but I have seen Time of Angels / Flesh and Stone, and all they do there is kill.

I disappoint huh? How about this: The photos that were given to the Doctor created the weeping angels that attacked him and Martha. Hehehe.
