Even riddled with holes, you need to physically enter the room. It is part of Sirius' powers. The very air around it is imbuned with a life force sapping energy. Without Sirius' permission, only physical and direct entry is allowed... so you'd have to sky dive into the holes you made

And also, you cannot teleport into or out of the room containing Severus. If you do you immediately die (which is why Malifre couldnt enter the room after he left Sirius' command). So someone would have to enter manually through the doors (odds are Skyla would do that)
