Magnet Rise. It does weaken the effectiveness of Earth Power, but it's better to deal more damage than less...It also eliminates Sigilyph's weakness to Electric (even though it is nullified by Blitzle), but if Blitzle faints, it's better to have no weakness to Electric than to have one. I may not sound convincing, but this is more of a precaution. Plus, It'll draw a great amount of threat to Utilitand, drawing attention away from your mons...
