"I haven't fixed the NBS issue, it still says some MSWINSCK.OSX, runtime error 339, is missing or something is invalid." Your problem is you need "MSWINSCK.OSX"(google it) and put it in your system32 folder then nbs will open up fine.

Nope, and I really doubt there's anything legal I could do to get my brother to drive me for a nine-hour round trip + an exhausting day at the championship.
