Also, I just had a random idea for 4th Gen: what do you think about Scarfed Flareon to make up for its middling Speed? I ran some quick calcs, and it looks decent...with Hasty Nature and 244 Speed EVs it outspeeds base 120s with +Speed nature...and good offenses means it can inflict some good damage. Return/Superpower/Fire Blast/(filler, maybe Shadow Ball or HP Grass) is the moveset I'm thinking of...

EDIT: Flareon also has a nice base 110 Special Defense stat, plus the ability to outspeed very fast Pokemon like Sceptile is very nice...overall, I can see a very nice (or sexy, however you want to see it) opportunity for Flareon...might not be the best in the world, but still, it's a great opportunity...
