Did you get it from pokecheck directly? It is a clone of a legitimate pokemon, but pokecheck adds a ribbon when you download it from them to make it look hacked. You could get the .pkm file from pokecheck instead and download a program like ir-gts-bw or hypergts to send the pokemon to your cart without the ribbon
