Alright, found it in the Battle Tower OP, as long as I started the RP after the battle started, and not the other way around, I'm fine.

Speaking of our battle, I think you have next actions. C$FP just edited his actions into his bump post, so you night not have seen it...

I was told by Athen it should be okay because it was not actively battling, nor would it be actively battling in the future. But if it's a problem I'm fine with not taking prizes for my attempt (I'm dead anyway).
