..Although actually, for the porygons you could just use the "Transfer to 5th gen." function on Pokecheck to get them without ribbons (since they're currently in 4th gen.). That would probably be the easiest route here. It would be a similar process of changing the DNS, but at least Pokecheck as clear instructions on how to go about doing that if you're confused (so it'd be good to look at their instructions anyway).

You download the .pkm file to your computer, then upload it to a fake GTS and send it to your game from there. I personally find http://pokegts.us/ easy to use.
Basically, you change the DNS on your DS to match the fake GTS, then go to the GTS in-game and you'll receive the pokemon you uploaded. It's a little bit hard to explain, but it's not too hard once you figure it out. Just remember that you must have a full party in-game when you go to pick up your pokemon, or it might get a bit glitchy.

Sadly, I lack the correct internet connection to trade him around in the 4th generation, but I can teach him any tutor attack you'd like before transferring to Gen 5 (as a Ralts or as a Gallade).

If you know how to use get .pkm files into you game through a fake GTS, then you can get them off of Pokecheck whenever. That will probably be the easiest route for me, tbh.
