Btw, do you know if there are any good Adamant/Jolly/Timid/Modest spreads for Rayquaza tha aren't like a million frames in? I can't use rng reporter, so I'm stuck using that spreadsheet that comes with the emerald rng abuse guide :/

Naive could work, and I'd say download on that one in particular, since often times it'll get an attack boost, which would work in it's favor, and even if it got a SpA boost it'd still work in it's favor. (Also a download boost to SpA actually makes tri-attack hit harder than an adaptability one, as well as boosting it's other attacks, it's just a lot more inconsistent)

You could do a Quiet Fire one, and a adamant download one, for a sharpen set. (lol) otter than that I think you've got everything lol
