The first timer is the same as 4th gen. Soft reset/load game whatever. You load the game and press continue, hit no to turn the C-Gear on and when you enter the game press the button to turn the C-Gear on and press "yes" right when the second timer hits 0. You want a seed that has a delay of at least 1500.
