the UESP.net as a very nice guide for playing on hardest difficulty. You really can't go full meele on hardest difficulty. At least from my experience XD

Well I'm currently play a file on the hardest difficulty. I'm a bosmer becuase of the magic resist and becuase of the extra magica. I use almost all of the magic stats, I think destruction is the only one I don't use. I use Marksman so I can deal damage from afar and from safety while I use the usual essentials, Speechcraft, Mercantile, Security, and Sneak.
