I'm on wifi distributing the Entei and my FC is 2537 2727 9489

For each 128 steps you walk the frame goes up by 1 per Pokemon in your party.

Set a clock, SR on the right second, get into the game, advance the frame, catch the Pokemon.
The only downside is that you can't do shiny.
