This is how you should have done it: if your egg frame is 8, you call Joey 3 times, which brings you to frame 6. Then you reject one egg (frame 7) and you take the next (frame 8).
Because you did it the other way, you've opened up the possibility of incoming phone calls advancing your egg frames. If you rejected only two eggs, you should call Joey twice to get to frame 6, reject frame 7 egg, take frame 8. However, if you did get phone calls, you may have missed your frame already.
Hi again. I don't have time to answer all your questions last time because I was in a rush, but all nature and ability work for eggs is done on the shiny finder tab of time finder.
For HGSS, you have to take your egg seed by right clicking your choice, then close time finder, then put your seed into the main window and pick breeding (international or not). Then you hit generate. And you'll see your frame list. Then you go to seed to time, put your seed in if it isn't already there and do all the work to generate your adjacents. Make sure you chooose HGSS. It's in my guide.
Some people have tried not filling in the SID and have had fails. I don't know why. I have a small guide inside my shiny egg section that discusses how to get a non-shiny egg. You can check that out. That method works for me.
Okay, so it's the same amount of time, but is it any easier? Also, sorry for all the questions, but I have one more. Say, I'm trying to get the non-shiny squirtle, would I skip that entire guide about trying to get a shiny hatched poke, or would I still have to do that, just not fill out the SID?
