Did he unlock it? if he did you should try adding pokemon sprites,a threat list and stuff like that too make your rmt more interesting.Trust me if you do that you will get much easier rates.

Thats what happens if your descriptions are lacking,just pm him with your descriptions expanded and he will most likely unlock it.

It takes a while to get a rate,you could try pming users asking them to rate it.
