Good job ^^ Nah, no need to save again, just make sure you save all that information (timer0 etc. etc.) into the Time Finder. Basically, get in the grass where your Pokemon will appear, save and turn off the game, find a good spread in time finder, get your target time and date and stuff, and then just try to hit the time just like you were calibrating. :) (Also might want to take another look at my guide thingy to help you with starting frames and advancements and whatnot) Hope this helps!

Are you trying to calibrate? If so, then no you can just leave the time set to whatever you have it. If you're not hitting it, it's most likely due to the timer0 fluctuations, which you really can't do anything about, just gotta keep trying. :(
