Because I didn't want to use Oshawott, since that's what I'll be using in my second playthrough, and I always choose Grass or Water starters, so I wanted to try something new :P But it is a very helpful pokemon in-game.

My first playthough I'm not going to bother with Joltik :D My team for my current playthrough is basically done (Although, I don't really like half of it :/ I only really like Swoobat and Stoutland).
