is it he BEST thing ever when black people refer to African-American as a race? Or is it perhaps better when they refer to blacks IN AFRICA as African-Americans?

I agree, people should be able to do whatever they want to each other with no recourse. Especially if they are businesses.

Just wanted to say that your last post was highly intelligent and offered a fascinating insight into who you are. And I find it hard to believe that your signature doesn't advocate violence. MLK faced oppression far worse than you ever will and didn't say "we'll come back with guns"
