See, if you want help with 3rd Gen gen RNG Abuse, I'll be happy to teach you after my Exams are over.
Now, why I cannot guarantee the TID depends on the Game (FR/LG is impossible), RS generates TID/SID kind of like Gen 4/5, and Emerald can be abused for but is difficult.
