Female Water Absorb Jellicent w/ HP Fire70, Recover and Pain Split.

Jolly and/or Adamant female flawles Skill Link shellder w/ Rock Blast, Rapid spin

Adamant flawless female DW (moody) Bidoof w/ Aquatail, Quick Attack...

Bold DW female flawless lileep w/ Stealth Rocks (and curse if possible).

Of the top of my head, I'd say a female moody bidoof. I've got a female DW one; and I sort of want to complete my set of "moody" pokemond.

I've got a few more mainstream sets in mind, too, but I'd need to look up egg moves before giving you the details.
