Hey, you may have seen me before, but i'll introduce myself. Im victinivcreate1, relatively new member of smogon, but OLD pokemon fan (as in like I loved pokemon since i was 2, not old as in in a 30 year old fan).

I see you are the leader of the next best thing, and I was wondering if we could do our former OU friend and likely returnee, Tornadus Incarnate. I have just "discovered" that this thing could potentially get a suspect because of one move that it can learn. And its not a gimmick move either, it helps it get past its checks REALLY easily. I want people to know this set so if you could do me a favor and have Tornadus-I feature for next week's Next Best Thing, I would be very happy. Thanks
