Open the encounter table correlating to your game and use the numbers to determine what Pokémon you'll find at the area you're in. You may need to use higher frames to eventually land on the encounter slot you need to hit.

I don't want distribution rights on 4th gen Pokémon. In case you didn't notice, my whole thread is about 3th Gen Pokémon ;D
