Well, first you need a Timer (ZomgTimer or PikaTimer) and RNG Reporter. Having an flawless Ditto helps but it's not impossible to do it without one. Next you enter RNG Reporter and go for the Time Finder (Shiny Eggs part). If you have your ID/SID enter it there and hit the box for shiny. Choose ability, gender, nature and inform the gender ratio of the desired Pokemon. Choose a Seed. It will have a date, time and delay. Set the date on your DS, enter the delay on the timer (leaving the calibrated delay and calibrated seconds on default) and hit the timer at the same time you hit to set the time on your DS.
