RNG for IVs? I tried a while back, I devoted numerous hours of free time trying to learn and in the end I got annoyed and bored with it as I just couldn't master it. Let's hope you have better luck than I did! One time I needed frame 1 delay 605 and I hit frame 2 delay 605 O.o ANNOYING. :P
