I'm kinda curious on how hard something like that is. I don't even own Emerald, so even if I wanted to RNG in Emerald, I'd have to use an emulator.

Ah, I see. Yeah 3rd gen RNG'ers tend to be like that as it's one of the most difficult (if not the very toughest) RNG to do.

What's the difference between the RAM editing and non-RAM editing mons?
Since you aren't editing the actual Pokemon, what is the big deal between the difference? (Not trying to sound like an ass, just curious :D!)
