I don't have my teams just yet, but I will very shortly, so that isn't an issue for scheduling (at least on my part). :D What's your time zone / when can you be on? I have absurdly flexible hours of availability; for reference, my time zone is +11 GMT.

I'd suggest starting with a defensive wall set, a hazard set and and "offensive-defensive set" using the following spread:
Nidoqueen (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 120 Def / 140 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Earth Power
- Thunder
- Fire Blast

Moves can be tweaked around a bit. I've mostly used that set in OU but it works in UU too.

Lol, I'm doing Raikou as well which is actually my first time doing an analysis.
