Nah go ahead and keep Fire Punch slashed as the second option. Like most things, the choice really depends on the person's team. If they have teammates that cover Rock-types really well, or if they have no good way to deal with Rotom, or if they're worried about Ferroseed setting up a bunch of Spikes, then Fire Punch may be more useful to them.

Thanks for the note on the OU Speed tiers article. Just wanted to shoot you a heads-up, if you were concerned, that I fixed that Bronzong mistake. It took me a while, but I got back around to it.

For munchlax, the ev spread i mentioned was actually designed for the curse set. so consider it for the Curse set more than anything, different ev spreads could be viable for the others or even the curse set.
