lol. But You can't play any games on it (except Minecraft because I hacked the laptop xD), It's GPS tracked whenever you access internet (so if someone steals it you won't find it, but they will know where you are) - it can be remotely shut down, and if you don't finish yr 12, you don't keep it...

oh, and almost every site besides smogon is Blocked (no Youtube, Serebii, Pokecommunity, Facebook, Twitter, or anything you can log into)

The Department of Education (and training) - They work for the government...
